Beating up and abusing adults is normal for cops. This one was caught
doing it to a 14 year-old boy.

Other cops brutalized a man in a wheelchair who can't walk because he
did not stand up when ordered to do so.

While these incidents highlight the cruelty of police, let us not
forget that violence towards a helpless prisoner is unacceptable even
if the prisoner is a healthy adult.
