Sarkozi has given France the world's nastiest law (HADOPI) to stop unauthorized copying, but his office does unauthorized copying on a large scale. The French minister of culture, who pushed hard for the HADOPI law, seems to think that rape of a minor is a much less serious wrong than sharing files.
